DUE TO COVID-19
We are requiring multiple safety precautions for your safety and the safety of our staff. You will be denied entrance into the salon and servicing if you fail to comply with all or parts of the policy.
To enter the salon, you are required to wear a MASK or FACE COVERING and there will be a non-invasive, no touch TEMPERATURE CHECK provided at the door. Any temperature at or above 100.4 (per CDC guidelines) will not be serviced that day and will need to be rescheduled. A disposable mask will be provided if you do not have one.
Upon entering the salon, you will be required to thoroughly wash your hands for at least 20 seconds. Please do not wear gloves to the salon to prevent cross-contamination of bacteria. While in the salon, the mask must be worn at all times. Use of hand sanitizer is also mandatory before sitting at the hair station. To the extent possible, social distancing in common areas will be enforced.
NO CHILDREN OR COMPANIONS ARE ALLOWED TO YOUR SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT.
NO FOOD ALLOWED IN THE SALON AT ANY TIME.
During this time, visits to the salon is by appointments only, NO WALK-INS. Sorry for the inconvenience but a waiting area will not be available to utilize in order to create a social distance environment. Prior to your appointment you will wait outside of the business before your schedule time. You will receive a call/text or physically asked to come into the salon at your appointment time.
TO LIMIT CROSS-CONTAMINATION, PLEASE ONLY BRING YOUR ESSENTIAL ITEMS INTO THE SALON
If you are feeling ill please inform us by calling or email 72-hours in advance of your appointment date and time that you cannot make it to your appointment and we will gladly reschedule your appointment after 14 days.
LATENESS:
We encourage you to be on time to your appointment. Lateness is unacceptable, we have to show common courtesy for the next client set time. After your 10-minutes grace period you will be considered late and your appointment will be rescheduled whether you show up or not!
48-HOURS CANCELLATION:
Deposits are non-refundable. At Lioness Hairtique, we understand that life happens and your appointment may need to be adjusted, and in that case we look forward to servicing you in the near future but you must cancel and communicate at least 48-hours in advance of your appointment date and time. After canceling yourself online, you may book again via online, call, send an email or text so you can be rescheduled immediately.
WEAVE INSTALL:
Please come with your bundles washed, completely dried, thread removed, and in order. Time is being wasted trying to do what was listed above for you and the stylist.
CHEMICAL SERVICE: (RELAXER OR COLOR)
Please refrain from any caffeine or scratching your scalp for 24-hours.
SILK PRESS:
Prior to a silk press NO REFUSAL OF SHAMPOOING. To get excellent results, first step is shampooing NO WAY AROUND THAT.
NO REFUND:
It is our mission to execute every service style to the clients expectations. If you are not satisfied, it is important to notify us prior to leaving the salon. It is our goal to make sure we complete to your satisfaction. NO REFUNDS/PARTIAL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY SERVICES.

All appointments requires a 40% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT which applies towards your total service.
